Orders and Shipments
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Global Pharmaceuticals.

Minimum Order Quantity
• Orders must be placed in case quantity or $100 minimum.
• Merchandise will be shipped “F.O.B. Philadelphia Plant” to the address supplied by the customer. If more expensive method of transportation, or special handling is requested, Global Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to charge the customer for those additional expenses.

Payment Terms
• 2% 30 days, net 31 days.

Pricing
• Global Pharmaceuticals prices are subject to change without notice.

Loss or Damage in Shipment
• Prompt notification, within (5) working days, must be given for any damage or loss occurring in transit.

Insurance
• A certificate of Product Liability Insurance will be made upon request.

Return Goods Policy
• Prior authorization is required and can be obtained by contacting a Customer Service Representative. No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns.

Terms of Return Policy
• Credit will be issued for only those items listed on the approved authorization form.
• Credit will be issued at the original invoice price minus rebates and charge backs.
• All returns must be made through the wholesaler.
• When returning products, your request form must be either faxed to the attention of Customer Service or E-Mailed to returns@impaxlabs.com, listing quantities, product, NDC number, debit memo number, expiration date, lot number and reason for return.
• Only full bottles can be returned. Partial bottles will not be accepted.
Global Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to:
• Determine returned goods value and whether or not product is fit for resale.
• Destroy or refuse any product returned without prior approval.

Returnable Items
• Product must be sealed in original container that is in resalable condition.
• Products eligible for return must be expired, unopened packages returned at any time within one year following the expiration date stated on the package.
• Concealed damage claims must be made within 90 days of receipt.
• Product damaged in shipping to consignee must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading noting such damage.
• Product must be stored under proper conditions and not exposed to fire, smoke, water or other adverse conditions.

Procedure for Field Destruction of Items
• Global Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to have damaged or expired product disposed of at your location.
• Contact a Customer Service Representative to obtain an authorization form and number.
• Submit your approved, completed, and signed authorization form within (30) days to the address listed below:

Procedure for Returning Items
• All authorized return goods must be accompanied by the completed authorization form provided by Global Pharmaceuticals. This authorization form must also be enclosed as a packing slip when returning the merchandise.
• Contact a Customer Service Representative to obtain an authorization form.
• Return product within thirty (30) days of receipt of the authorization form to the address listed below:
