Orders and Shipments
All orders are subject to acceptance by Global Pharmaceuticals.
Minimum Order Quantity
Orders must be placed in case quantity or $100 minimum. Merchandise will be shipped “F.O.B. Philadelphia Plant” to the address supplied by the customer. If more expensive method of transportation, or special handling is requested, Global Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to charge the customer for those additional expenses.
Payment Terms
2% 30 days, net 31 days.
Pricing
Global Pharmaceuticals prices are subject to change without notice.
Loss or Damage in Shipment
Prompt notification, within five (5) working days, must be given for any damage or loss occurring in transit.
Insurance
A certificate of Product Liability Insurance will be made upon request.

Returned Product Forms
Returns Processing - Notice of Change (effective date: January 1, 2009)
In its continuing effort to improve customer service, Impax Laboratories, Inc. and its affiliated company Global Pharmaceuticals has appointed PharmaReturns, Inc. as its primary returns processor effective January 1, 2009. In conjunction with this appointment significant improvements have been made to our return process.
The largest improvement is that customers will no longer be required to submit a Return Authorization (RA) form prior to returning expired product for credit. A Return Authorization (RA) will only be required for shipments in error or damaged shipment claims. All returns requests for expired product will be directly forwarded to PharmaReturns with a Product Return Form for products to be destroyed by PharmaReturns, and a detailed packing list or debit memo for product to be field destroyed. Please see our Return Goods Policy for more details regarding returnable and non-returnable items.
Please note that effective January 1, 2009 returns for expired products will no longer be accepted at our Philadelphia, PA, return processing location and will only be accepted for credit evaluation at the PharmaReturns processing center. Our Philadelphia, PA, processing center will only accept goods returned for shipments in error or damaged shipment claims. Please see Returns Processing Procedures for more details.
